Project 10 pan

Hi lovelies,
I wanted to post my project 10 pan. I got one of my best friends to do the project with me and she also made a blog! So without further ado, here are my 10 products:
Sorry, they're mostly lotions, but these are the products that I just really want to finish.
1) Palmer's cocoa butter lotion for stretch marks: I do have stretch marks on my thighs which I really hate right now. I swear, that's where most of my fats go to because I have really skinny arms. I'm half way done with this bottle. If you're wondering if it works, I'd say it softens the appearance a little but my marks are still there. It also probably helps prevent it from getting worse.
2 & 3) Banana Boat sunblocks: Since I go hiking and do other outdoor activities, these will be finished up in no time.

4) Cure Natural Aqua Gel: This product was around $50! I definitely have to use it up even though I don't really care much about it. Maybe I'll learn to like it.

5) Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque: The oh so popular clay mask. I had 2 bottles and one tube of this and I never even finished one! So I am going to try finishing this up. I actually gave one bottle to my friend because she was looking for a clay mask to purchase.

6) Keri Glassman skin appetit moisturizer with spf 15: I have other daytime moisturizers with spf to use so I need to finish at least one of them so I chose this one.

7) Pond's flawless white re-brightening night treatment: I love this product. I'd say I'm half way done with the product. You can read my review here!

8) NYC smooth face powder: I just use this everyday to set my liquid foundation. If you saw my finished products post, I finished one container of this already. This is my second one.

9) Maybelline Dream Mousse concealer: I love this concealer. It was in one of my monthly favorites post. I do have a backup or two. Yup, when I heard about the discontinuation of this product, I had to stock up.

10) E.L.F. waterproof eyeliner: I think it's about to dry up on me, so I need to finish it up before it does.

Are you ladies doing a project 10 pan right now?
Please do share. :)

E.L.F. Glossy Gloss in Sweet Salmon

Hi ladies, so I finally received my E.L.F. package and I ordered some glossy glosses. I originally ordered seven of them but they were out of stock of the shade Ballet Slippers so I only have six of the ten shades they have. I also ordered the makeup mist & set spray and the wrinkle refiner.
From left to right: Dragon fruit, Sweet Salmon, Pink candy, Wild Watermelon, Tangy Tangerine, Merry Cherry

Here is Sweet Salmon:
They have a brush applicator instead of the typical doe foot applicators.
Bare lips

With one layer of E.L.F.'s sweet salmon glossy gloss.
On my pigmented lips, Sweet Salmon has a "my lips but better" look.

I will post each lip swatch of the shades I have in future posts as I wear them.

Have you ladies tried E.L.F.'s glossy glosses?
Let me know what you think about them or if you do want to try them.

Maybelline Super Stay 24 Hr Concealer

I've heard a lot of beauty gurus talk about this product & I've been eyeing on it for a while until one day I finally decided to purchase it. I bought mine for around $10 which is pricey but I know you can find it cheaper in other places.
 Claims:
  • Natural-looking coverage
  • Doesn't settle into creases or lines
  • Conceals imperfections, flaws, undereye darkness and circles
  • 24 hour wear/No-transfer
  • Non comedogenic
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Oil free
  • Dermatologist tested
  • Ophthalmologist tested
  • Fragrance-free
So do I like it? Yes, I do. It really does conceal well. All you need is one dab on each of your imperfections (post inflammatory hyperpigmentations, age spots, broken capillaries, undereye circles, etc.) I have to warn you: do not pack layers of this concealer on your skin or else you will make your face cakey. One dab goes a long way.
I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentations or in easier terms, acne scars from when I broke out earlier this year and this concealer covers them really well as you can see here.
The application tip on the packaging says: Dot concealer into imperfections or under eyes and pat with finger to blend. & I didn't even read that before I used it but that is exactly how I use it and I agree that it's the best way to apply & blend it into the skin.

Does it last 24 hours? Well, I never keep my makeup on for a whole 24 hours, but this concealer did stay on from morning to evening, when I'm out for a whole day.

What's in my makeup bag?

I've been wanting to do a "What's in my makeup bag" post for a while now. I just love seeing these type of posts so I finally decided to do one.
I don't really like carrying much things with me when I go out so I only take my makeup bag with me when I know I'm going to be out the whole day.
I chose this bag because I love floral print. I have floral print shirts, shoes, etc. I'm just in love with it.
Feminine product just in case mother nature decides to come earlier than expected.
Oil absorbent sheets because I have very oily skin & need to blot throughout the day.
Tissues just in case I spill something or need to wipe my makeup off. (I got this from Ajisen restaurant.)
Bath & Body Works Anti-bacterial moisturizing hand lotion. It's 2 jobs in 1.
My Hello Kitty mirror in case I need to look at my makeup.
Mints because it's a must to have fresh breath especially after eating.
Rimmel London Stay Matte pressed powder
Retractable Kabuki Brush
Both for touching up my face makeup since I get oily.
Carmex moisturizing lip balm is my favorite lip balm that really helps with my chapped lips.
I always bring the lip product that I'm wearing on that certain day for touch ups. On this day, I was using Rimmel London's Airy Fairy lipstick.

So what's in your makeup bag?
If you already posted one, please leave a link because I'd love to see it.

Pearly White Eye Shadow Pencil & Ebay user to beware of

Back in May, I ordered a hat from this user: Autohome2010 & I never received my item. I tried contacting the seller a few times but they never responded. So ladies, be careful when you are purchasing on ebay. Read reviews & be cautious.

On the other hand, I ordered this pearly white eyeshadow pencil from ebay & I really love it. The application is really smooth (doesn't tug on my eyelids) & the pearly white shade really brightens up my eyes. I purchased this eyeshadow pencil from Thebjshop
